Meet Charlotte “Charlie” Allred – Designated Broker

Charlotte “Charlie” Allred is a Tempe, Arizona native.  She has her bachelors in business administration from the University of San Diego with an emphasis in Finance, as well as a Chemistry minor. She started working in commercial real estate in 2002.  She quickly learned the retail aspect of commercial real estate.  Generally working on the Landlord side of the deals, negotiating with Tenants in grocery anchored shopping centers all over the Valley.  She has been a real estate Broker since 2005.  She opened Secure Real Estate in June of 2009, her mission is to serve her clients with the utmost professionalism.  She quickly realized how many realtors did not pride themselves in hard work and being knowledgeable.  Secure Real Estate has only the best agents, looking to always grow and evolve with the ever changing real estate market.  Charlie has found working for homeowners very rewarding, either helping a client find their dream home, the investor find the most profitable investment or helping the struggling homeowner out of their home with grace.

Charlie is currently a Scottsdale resident, taking advantage of all that Scottsdale has to offer, you may see her walking her dog, Spikey, along the greenbelt in Scottsdale.  She enjoys cooking, vegetable gardening, practicing and teaching yoga, as well as enjoying time with family and friends.  Her goal is to have others enjoy their home as much as she does everyday!

Kelly Smith – Realtor

Kelly Smith grew up in Tempe, Arizona.  She attended Xavier College Prep for high school and then graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Real Estate.  Upon graduation she decided she wanted to return to Arizona and began her Real Estate career in 2009.  Secure Real Estate is very fortunate to have such a spirited and caring agent and she has quickly become one of our superstar Realtors.  She really enjoys helping homeowners save their credit, and sell their properties through negotiating with the lenders for lender approved short sales.  Most days she in the office earlier than most agents and stays later, she has an ability to put every client at ease because of her great knowledge of the current Real Estate Market.

Currently, she is a Scottsdale resident along with her two adorable dogs, Sabotage and Fiasco.  She enjoys fashion, design, organizing, cleaning, cooking and working out.

Meet Jay Rawson – Investor Relations

Jay Rawson has been involved in the acquisition and development of residential land and homes for 3 publicly trade builders in the Metro Phoenix market over the past 12 years.  He is a Scottsdale native, going to the University of San Diego for his undergraduate studies.  He obtained his MBA from ASU.  He now works with investor clients exclusively.  He helps his investors find the most profitable properties, generally remodels the properties, then sells the properties for his clients.  He has a very hands on approach, which gives the investors complete confidence in his work.

Meet Angelica Gonzalez – Realtor

Angelica Gonzalez is a native to Arizona.  Born and raised in the heat!  She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting in the Spring of 2004.  She has an extensive background in business management and has always been fascinated by the Real Estate industry.  She has been a Realtor since November 2009 focusing on helping homeowners get out from under their mortgages, and assisting them into rental properties and ultimately into homeownership again.  Angelica has a three year old son who takes up most of her free time!

Meet Tammy Smith – Realtor

Tammy joined Secure Real Estate in 2009 and is glad to be a part of company that strives to offer the best professional representation in an every changing real estate market without sacrificing old fashioned personalized service. Although Tammy is fairly new to residential real estate, she has been involved in many different facets of real estate since 1996.  Some of which include the leasing department at The Mills Corporation, which built Arizona Mills Mall and commercial property manager at Westwood Financial Corp.  Tammy has a vast knowledge of legal documents and is very detail oriented.

Tammy is a resident of Gilbert and has lived in the Valley since 1985.  Outside of real estate she enjoys watching her son play sports, going to the movies and cooking.  Real estate has brought her many wonderful friendships and she looks forward to working with you.  So call Tammy today to help you make your buying and selling as smooth as possible

Meet Jennifer Siever – Realtor

Jenifer is our newest face here at Secure Real Estate. She began her real estate career in 2004 and since has launched an outstanding professional career in the industry. Jenifer has been awarded Highest Written Sales Volume Agent for three consecutive years in a row at her previous brokerage and we very excited for what she has to offer to our Secure Real Estate family.

Jenifer is an extremely passionate and dedicated worker. Her client’s are always impressed with her outstanding negotiation skills along with how well she listens to their needs and concerns. As a Phoenix resident for over 16 years, Jenifer is very familiar with the Valley and what it has to offer. Jenifer also offers an outstanding marketing plan and is a professional in every aspect of listing or purchasing her client’s homes.
Her main loves in life are her family, fishing, horses, dancing, the outdoors, coffee and last but not least, food!
