House #2 is great!!

We think House #2 has great potential too! Although I like house #1 because it’s in the “front porch” neighborhood walking distance to the Giant’s stadium, AZ88- great food, Scottsdale Public Library and the greenbelt!

House #3 is north of Chaparral and close to the 101 & Chaparral Park- great dog park there!

SO many choice! What will Kelly do?

Although I found all 3 houses to be lovely, I prefer the second one. The flow was much better and I loved the pool. The outside bar could always be closed in for a bigger laundry room. It does need some landscaping but that doesn’t take too much. My vote is #2.

Ok…. So I like house #2 the best for her but this house has some nice aspects so it comes in a close second….. I like the garage on this one and the attached laundry room along with the yard space….but the actual house layout and space of house #2 is much better and I think that the backyard could easily be fixed. The detached parking would be a deal breaker in other climates… in Arizona you don’t have to worry about needing heated parking to keep a car from freezing or a heated entry from the car to the house to keep you from freezing. House #2 needs new landscaping in the backyard around the pool but the pool itself is very nice! If I was looking to buy one of these homes I would rather do some basic landscaping and interior renovations and not new exterior/interior doors etc.

Overall I would go with #2 also because I like that area a little bit better being an Arcadia graduate myself but I have a feeling Kelly may have gone with #3… can’t wait until tomorrow to find out!.
